* Joseph A. Rabick has been appointed vice president of engineering for Interstate Electronics Corp. in Anaheim. Before joining Interstate, a wholly owned subsidiary of Figgie International Inc., Rabick was with Titan Linkabit in San Diego for 11 years. He has also been a member of the technical staff of Arinc Research Corp. and held engineering positions with Honeywell Marine Systems and the Fleet Analysis Center.
