Conscience Voucher

* Re Prop. 174: While you’re at it . . .

Policemen are far too busy protecting other people. I’d like a voucher to hire my own bodyguards. I also prefer to pick my own charities. So, send a welfare voucher directly to my church. I willingly waive my right to legal representation; just deposit a voucher with my attorney. Social Security. Need I say more? Please invest my voucher anywhere else.

Just one more thing. I’d like a voucher for my social conscience.
