VA Benefits Information Available at Mall Kiosk

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs will open a multimedia kiosk in the Lakewood Center Mall. The dedication ceremony will be Friday at 10:30 a.m.
The Kiosk, which operates in English and Spanish with full-motion video, stereo sound, text and graphics, is one of 24 nationwide in a pilot outreach program to improve veterans’ access to VA benefits. VA services for home loans, disability compensation and pensions, insurance, vocational rehabilitaation and health care are among the topics availaable at the touch of a fingertip to a computer screen.
