Treasury Sells Two-Year Notes: Yields on the two-year Treasury notes were unchanged in Tuesday’s auction. The high yield was 3.94%, the same as in the last auction on Aug. 24. The notes will carry a coupon interest rate of 3.875%, with each $10,000 in face value selling for $9,987.60. A total of $16 billion in notes were sold out of bids totaling $42.9 billion.
