Seaman’s Body Recovered

CLEVELAND —
The body of a Coast Guard seaman trapped when a tugboat capsized and sank in Lake Erie has been recovered, Petty Officer Brian Huth said Wednesday. Michael Eric O’Neill, 20, of West Alexander, Pa., was in the engine room trying to determine why the tug was taking on water when it rolled and sank.
