Systems Tax Sells Out: Systems Tax Services Inc., a tax filing services company in Fountain Valley with revenue of $18 million last year, said Friday that it agreed to be acquired by Ceridian Corp. in Minneapolis for an undisclosed price.
Ceridian provides services such as assisting companies with payroll processing, tax filing, human resource information management and employee assistance programs.
