Fortune Petroleum on the American Stock Exchange

Fortune Petroleum, an Agoura Hills-based oil and gas developer, said its common stock and equity units began trading on the American Stock Exchange last week.

The company’s shares and units previously traded on the Nasdaq Small Cap Market System.
