Tax on Smokers
* The 50 million-plus cigarette smokers of this country are not responsible for the lack of access to health care nor should they be responsible to pay a disproportionate share to accomplish it.
The “privileged” of the proposed health plan will retain their current benefits without any “shared sacrifice.”
With the massive number of restrictions on where I can smoke, I know I’m already paying more than enough tax to have the luxury of only smoking in my own home.
