Second TV Station to Debut: Malaysia’s second private television station will begin operations in September, 1994, the Star newspaper said. The chairman of the Melewar group, Tunku Iskandar Tunku Abdullah, said TV4 had been granted a license for an area with a 50-kilometer radius in the Klang Valley, which includes Kuala Lumpur.
