Man Guilty of 5 Murders Gets the Death Penalty

DAYTON, Ohio —
Judges decided on the death penalty for a man convicted of murdering five people during a three-day crime spree. A three-judge panel in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court deliberated less than an hour Thursday before deciding the fate of Marvallous Keene, 20, of Dayton.
