STEVE VS. JOE

The headline for “He Ain’t Joe” (by Chris Dufresne, Oct. 3) says it all. Although Young has talent (the numbers don’t lie), he lacks the one ingredient that could make him outstand- ing: personality. Talent plus personality makes for greatness. Young cannot fill Montana’s shoes; few of us could. That’s what makes Montana a guy with Hall of Fame stuff.
