Amplicon Inc.: The Santa Ana capital equipment leasing company reported a profit of $2.3 million, or 40 cents a share, for the first fiscal quarter of fiscal 1994, compared with $2.3 million, or 39 cents a share, for the comparable period a year earlier. Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 increased 13%, to to $45.7 million from $40.5 million.
