Ingram Micro Signs PC Distribution Deal

Ingram Micro Inc. said Wednesday that it has signed an agreement with Digital Equipment Corp. of Maynard, Mass., to distribute nationally the DECpc AXP 150 personal computer.

Ingram, based in Santa Ana, is one of the largest wholesalers of microcomputer products in the world. It also distributes Digital’s peripheral equipment, such as terminals and modems.
