QUITO, Ecuador —
Rescue teams Wednesday located the bodies of all 10 mountain climbers buried in an avalanche on Ecuador’s highest peak a week ago, said Pablo Cardenas, chief of the rescue efforts.
The climbers--six of them French, three Ecuadorean and one Swiss--were buried near the summit when an avalanche thundered down Mt. Chimborazo. The 20,500-foot mountain sits 125 miles south of Quito.
