Money Supply Increases: Federal Reserve Board reported that the measure of the nation’s money supply known as M2, rose in the week ended Nov. 4 to a seasonally adjusted $3,539.7 billion, up $900 million from a revised $3,528.8 billion the week before. An even broader measure, M3, rose $12.1 billion to $4,187.7 billion from $4,175.6 billion. The narrowest measure, M1, was unchanged at a seasonally adjusted $1,118.4 billion.
