Richard H. McGough has been appointed vice president of information systems for American Sterling Corp., a Lake Forest provider of hazard insurance tracking and outsourcing programs for mortgage lenders. Previously he was vice president of management information systems for Toshiba America Medical Systems in Tustin. McGough has also served as manager of technical support for the County of Orange General Services Agency in Santa Ana and director of information systems for the Smith Tool division of Smith International in Irvine.
