Cabell F. Cobbs has joined Independence One Bank of California in Mission Viejo as first vice president and controller. He previously spent seven years at Sunwest Bank, most recently as treasurer. Before that, Cobbs was an audit supervisor for Santa Fe International Corp., an oil and gas company in Alhambra.
