A federal judge declined to dismiss a case against record promoter Joseph Isgro and two co-defendants charged with running a “payola” scheme, but blasted prosecutors for lying during an earlier trial. . . . Apple Computer Co. and Williamson County, Tex., lawyers are close to resolving a dispute over Apple’s same-sex benefits policy that threatens Apple’s planned expansion there, a Williamson County official said.
