Wausau Fined $200,000 for Discriminatory Pricing: Wausau and Wausau Underwriters Co., two Wisconsin-based insurers, agreed to pay the fine for discriminating against small businesses, California Insurance Commissioner John Garamendi announced. He said such discrimination turned up in three separate audits by the Insurance Department.
