Campus speakers--Because of incorrect information provided by Cal Poly Pomona, a Dec. 9 digest item mistakenly stated that three speakers at a campus symposium--Ammon Yariv and Demetri Psaltis of Caltech, and Jack Feinberg of USC--are Nobel Prize-winning physicists.

The conference is part of a series funded by the National Science Foundation through a $2-million grant to Cal Poly Pomona. The grant, one of the largest ever awarded to the college, is being used to help train 42 high school physics teachers as mentors for other physics teachers in the region.
