Hurley Alert, Lungs Clearing After Surgery

Police said blood tests showed the presence of an amphetamine in the other driver, Daniel Wieland, who suffered a broken leg. Police said more tests are needed to determine if Wieland was under the influence of drugs or merely had taken an over-the-counter medicine.
