Your staff is to be commended for doing a thorough job and articulating the complexities of housing on an easy-to-understand level.

Even though your reporter consulted us on various aspects regarding financing issues (“A House Divided,” Dec. 5), he gave real-life scenarios of other housing issues that put life into the story.

The Community Home Buyers Program has become the program of choice for those with a sincere desire to participate in home ownership. One factor that needs to be defined is that the program is not a set-aside for minority applicants only, but a financial vehicle that is being used across the nation.
