Another Delay for Two IBM Models: International Business Machines Corp. said it was delaying for the second time this year the release of two upgraded PS/2 personal computer models due to technical problems. IBM said that during final stress tests, the new PS/2 76 and 77 models did not meet its guidelines for reliability and dependability. IBM closed down $1.375 at $58.375 on the NYSE.
