S. Africa Crash Kills 19

JOHANNESBURG, South Africa —
An overcrowded minibus and a truck collided Monday, killing 19 people and injuring five.
The minibus was carrying 22 people--several more than its capacity--when it collided with the truck on a desert highway in the southern Cape province, said police Capt. John Sterrenberg.
