Moscow Metro Going to 4

MOSCOW —
The price of a subway ride on Moscow’s metro will almost double next month as the city’s transport system struggles to cope with rising costs, the Itar-Tass news agency said Tuesday. The ride, which used to cost 30 rubles, or 2 1/2 cents, will go to 50 rubles, or four cents.
