Diceon Electronics Inc.: The Irvine manufacturer of circuit boards and back panels reported a first-quarter net loss of $3.4 million, or 65 cents a share, compared to a year-earlier loss of $1.6 million, or 32 cents a share. Sales for the quarter ended Jan. 1 declined 16% to $24.3 million.
