MONROVIA/ARCADIA/DUARTE: The Monrovia-Arcadia-Duarte Town Council has announced that Newco Waste Systems Inc. will offer a 10% discount in regular trash collection fees for those 62 and older. Those wishing to get the discount must provide proof of age to Newco’s offices, 901 S. Primrose Ave., Monrovia, CA 91016.
