Third Stock Market Planned: In announcing the move, the government said it will also slow growth in share issues to ensure completion of its huge 1994 treasury bond issue, the official China Securities paper reported. The China Securities Regulatory Commission is studying when and where the third exchange will open, the paper quoted securities chief Liu Hongru as saying. Faced with inflation of 19.6% in major cities last year, its worst in four years, China reportedly plans to soak up excess money supply by issuing about $11.6 billion in treasury bonds this year.
