Court Rejects GM Claims Against VW: The German car maker won a round in its feud with General Motors Corp., but the controversial executive at the center of the struggle, Jose Ignacio Lopez de Arriortua, is still far from claiming victory. Lopez remains the focus of extensive investigations stemming from allegations of industrial espionage in connection with his move to VW.
