Volunteerism: Jewish Women’s Council Names Executive Director

Marcia Antopol has been named executive director of the Los Angeles section of the National Council of Jewish Women.

Antopol’s career includes volunteer development and nonprofit management with community organizations, including the United Way and Jewish Community Council. She holds a bachelor’s degree in American history and a master’s in urban studies, both from UCLA.

Antopol succeeds Dorothy Huebel, who held the post for more than two decades.
