Norwegian speedskater Johann Olav Koss, who won three races, each in world-record time, donated his prize money from the 1,500-meter race, more than $30,000 from the Norwegian Olympic Committee, to Olympic Aid, the Olympic family’s relief effort in Sarajevo.
