Saturn Offers Reimbursements to Disabled Buyers: The General Motors Corp. subsidiary is offering reimbursements of up to $1,000 for the installation of adaptive driving equipment on new Saturn cars. Modeled on the “GM Mobility Program for the Physically Challenged,” it reimburses specifically for costs and installation of such items as hand controllers that replace foot pedals for drivers, as well as other devices for passengers. The reimbursement, which is paid directly to the customer, is also available to pay for removing such equipment from another vehicle and installing it in a new Saturn.
