Bosnian Serb Missiles Hit Muslim Enclave; 12 Die

SARAJEVO, Bosnia-Herzegovina —
Bosnian Serb missiles flattened eight apartment buildings in the Muslim enclave of Maglaj, killing 12 people and wounding 32, the government reported.
There was no independent confirmation of the report. Bosnian Serbs encircling Maglaj have prevented U.N. monitors and aid convoys from reaching the town since October, and artillery attacks have continued despite a cease-fire between Serbs and the Muslim-led government in Sarajevo.
