* Cathy Leider has joined Imperial Trust Co. as vice president of retirement services at the new Orange County Regional Trust Office. Her previous experience includes serving as vice president and trust officer for Pacific Inland Bank; senior trust administrator and assistant manager for California Central Trust Bank; and trust officer for City National Bank. In addition, Fred Thompson has been appointed vice president of personal trust services for the Orange County office. He was previously vice president of fiduciary services for Pacific Inland Bank, consultant for fiduciary services at Union Bank and senior trust officer for Security Pacific National Bank.
