* Thomas F. Pelandini has been appointed vice president of marketing services for Ingram Micro Inc., a Santa Ana wholesale distributor of microcomputer products. Before joining the company, he was president and chief executive of Channel Focus Ltd. Pelandini was also vice president for worldwide sales and marketing at Sitka Corp., a subsidiary of Sun Microsystems, and vice president for corporate communications at Businessland Inc.
