Tri-Lite Inc.: The company said Monday it has completed the acquisition of NL Corp., a manufacturer of commercial lighting fixtures in Cleveland, in an all-stock transaction. Tri-Lite of Irvine, a lighting manufacturer and distributor, said it estimates 1993 sales of about $12 million, up from about $6 million in 1992. The company said NL Corp. sales in 1993 were about $10.3 million. With the acquisition of NL Corp., Tri-Lite said it expected sales in 1994 to be $18 million to $20 million.
