Evelyn Y. Davis, a self-proclaimed stockholder activist known for bluntly advising corporate bosses to--among other things--get lost, said she has politely told her third husband to do the same.

Davis, 64, didn’t explain the reasons for the divorce with Walter Froh, 66, a retired economist she married in August, 1991.

Davis, a millionaire with stock in 120 corporations, has been the buzz at the companies’ past annual meetings.
