A Bread Pudding Note

When making bread pudding, it pays to toss bread cubes with the liquid and other ingredients in a mixing bowl, so that everything can be well mixed. For best results, the bread must absorb all the liquid as evenly as possible before being transferred to the baking dish. Some breads do this more quickly than others.
