GANGS ON GANGS: “La Calle” is Spanish for “the street,” the reason Fernando N. Leon of Garden Grove considers it appropriate as the name for his new magazine. Leon, known for his work with gangs, says it will focus on promoting peace among gang members, and will include pieces by some of them. . . . The magazine stalled after its debut last year because of lack of money. But Leon says the next issue will hit the streets in June. To help, he’s having a fund-raiser Sunday at the Casa Garcia Restaurant in Anaheim.
