Plaza Home Mortgage Corp.: The Santa Ana mortgage banking company said first-quarter profit totaled $21,000, compared to earnings of $2.9 million, or 26 cents a share, for the same period a year earlier. Revenue rose 45% to $21.7 million from $14.9 million. The company said the increase was primarily because of increased servicing fee income.
