Printronix Reports Profit of $1.9 Million for Fiscal ’94

Printronix Inc., a computer printer manufacturer, reported profit of $1.9 million, or 56 cents a share, for the fiscal year ended March 25. That contrasted with a loss of $2.3 million, or 76 cents a share, for the previous year. Sales rose 14% to $107.4 million from $93.9 million. For the fourth quarter, profit was up 8% from the same period a year earlier to $917,000, or 28 cents a share, from $851,000, or 27 cents a share. Three-month sales increased 31% to $30.5 million from $23.2 million.
