That figure contrasts with a net loss of $731,200, or 9 cents a share, for the prior year. Revenue rose 39%, from $12.7 million to $17.6 million. The revenue increase resulted from client increases and the acquisition of four businesses. For the fourth quarter, the company reported a loss of $117,300, or 1 cent a share, contrasted with a profit of $38,800, or less than 1 cent a share, for the year-earlier period. Revenue was flat at $4.1 million.
