Homedco Group Inc.: The firm said it has completed an amendment of its existing credit agreement to include a $75-million loan facility, solely for acquisitions. Total commitments under the amended senior financing will be $250 million.

In a news release, Homedco Group said the financing will be provided by Banque Paribas and a syndicate of 11 banks.
