Three Media Vision Directors Resign: The beleaguered maker of multimedia products for computers that has watched its shares plummet to almost nothing from $46.50 in January, announced that the three board members have resigned and that it has closed a software development office. The company, based in Fremont, Calif., is being scrutinized by the FBI and the Securities and Exchange Commission after allegations of securities violations came to light. With the closure of the facility in Bellevue, Wash., development of some software titles has shifted to another office in Westlake Village.
