AST Co-Founder to Talk: Thomas Yuen, co-founder and former co-chairman of Irvine computer maker AST Research, will speak Tuesday at the Orange Coast Venture Group’s monthly luncheon.
Yuen, who is chairman of a number of start-up companies in Orange County, will talk about key reasons for AST’s success and how lessons learned there can be applied to other new companies.
The Orange Coast Venture Group is a nonprofit networking organization for business leaders, entrepreneurs and venture capitalists.
The Tuesday luncheon seminar will start at 11:30 a.m. at the Center Club in Costa Mesa. Cost for non-members is $35. The $250 annual membership fee covers the luncheon for members. For more information, call 859-3646.
