Toyota Lowers Domestic Sales Projection: The president of Toyota Motor Corp. said 100,000 fewer vehicles will be sold in Japan this year than the big car maker had previously estimated. Sales will total 5 million units in 1994, down from the company’s earlier estimate of 5.1 million, Tatsuro Toyoda told reporters, according to the Nikkei English News.
