Cytocare Inc.: The firm posted a healthy second-quarter profit Thursday, giving its stock price a 30% boost.

The Aliso Viejo-based company, which makes products to treat urological diseases, reported earnings of $651,949, or 12 cents a share. That contrasted with a loss of $19,870 for the same period a year earlier. Revenue was up 3% to $3.8 million from $3.7 million.
