Chicago Executive Will Join the Board of Irvine-Based DMI Inc.

* David J. Torrence has agreed to join the board of directors of DMI Inc., an Irvine automatic retrieval systems company. He is president and chief executive of Delphi Information Systems in Chicago, which provides systems to property and casualty insurance agencies and carriers.
