Odetics Inc.: The Anaheim manufacturer of information automation equipment said profit for its first fiscal quarter more than doubled to $467,000, or 8 cents a share, from $224,000, or 5 cents a share, for the same period a year earlier. Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 showed a 15% increase to $22.5 million from $19.5 million.
