Townsend & O’Leary Inc.: The Laguna Hills advertising agency said Tuesday it has merged with Wogrin Marketing Communications of Lakewood, Colo. Terms of the merger were not disclosed. Townsend & O’Leary, whose clients include realty firm Century 21, had 1993 billings of $15 million. Wogrin’s billings totaled $1 million last year.
